WEBSITE: PLACING AN ORDER
A notice will be displayed on your web browser before you submit an order with PhotoClub7910. This contains important information such as a description, price and delivery charges pertaining to the good or services ordered. PhotoClub7910 suggests that you print off a hard copy of the notice or save a copy to your hard drive for your own records.

Goods supplied to you by PhotoClub7910 will correspond with their prices and description (subject to E & OE). If at any time this is not the case PhotoClub7910 should be notified as soon as possible and we will give you the right to reject the goods within a reasonable time period for a full refund.

In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is shown on our website PhotoClub7910 reserves the right to abstain from fulfilling the order at that price and any moneys taken as payment will be refunded in full. You will of course be notified, and at which point you will be informed of the correct price, and given the choice to proceed with the order.

AVAILABILITY OF GOODS. 
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we cannot supply the goods due to reasons beyond our control. If we cannot supply the goods due to stock being unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible.

DESCRIPTION OF GOODS. 
All the products we sell are of a technical nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the products. All images, descriptive matter and specifications advertised on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. Full detailed specifications are available from the manufacturer's brochures or their websites.
The intention of PhotoClub7910 is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, PhotoClub7910 cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. All the actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual.

On occasion, some images will display a title related to it or to a previous promotion.  Whilst we try to remove these titles when a promotion changes, errors may appear.  All promotions will be explained in the product title and on the description page if there is need to. 
On occasion, PhotoClub7910 will send an item without the original manufacturers box. This is due to the item being separated from another item. We will endeavour to advise you before hand, however the item will be supplied with a full manufacturers warranty. If you are unhappy with this, upon receipt of the product, please return it to PhotoClub7910 at your cost. The return will not affect your rights.

If our suppliers or we are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and you should allow up to 14 days for dispatch of the goods. For delays of more than 14 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

3.Wire transfer or credit transfer is a method of electronic funds transfer from one person or institution (entity) to another. A wire transfer can be made from one bank account to another bank account or through a transfer of cash at a cash office.

DELIVERY

In 24 hours we going to pack the items and going to pass to our courier company we work with GLS at the moment for big parcels and small parcel will be shipped with AnPost.
Normally  DISPATCH it happens next day, but there are some situations when it takes longer your local courier can be busy and delivery can be happen next day.
All so after years of work we came cross that parcel can be lost and then need time to find the parcel so 99% of 100% the parcel will be delivered next day.
The maximum time for delivery is 48 hours from Monday to Friday except weekends  bank holidays Christmas, New Years Day, St Patrick Day, Easter.

If in 1 year you will get any issue with the product you purchase from PhotoClub7910.com you send to us for repair or exchange,  you will pay the shipping fees for returning the original item back to us, and for shipping back to you.

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel the order you have to do it as soon as possible. It will be free if the cancellation is made before Dispatch. Cancellation is always free before we confirmed an order. After shipment no cancellation is possible. In this case please refer to "Send back" you make payment for shipping after we receive product we make refund only for product cost.

PhotoClub7910 may, under its sole discretion, terminate any membership account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to our inability to confirm any element of your membership eligibility. Further, your account (including feedback and sign-in name) may not be transferred or sold to another party.
We allow us to send email to our members time to time with some information about changes on our website. 
Member Sign-up Names    

PhotoClub7910 may, at it sole discretion, change or remove any member sign-up name. Action may be taken on names which:
Represent any form of contact information (URL, email, phone, etc).

The address we ship to should be the shipping address customer fills in the order check out (that will shows on the purchase notification email). Please remember to offer correct shipping address, once the parcel shipped out, it does not allow changing the shipping address any more. And we will not be responsible for item loss because of wrong or undeliverable address.
